• Excercise protocols to assist with eliminating restrictions, assisting swing changes . Duration 1 hr 30 minutes
• £ 40.00 per lesson

All clients that have went through the inital lesson can come andpractice in agroup format. Lessons will be given in a line format. Cost is £ 10.00 stay as long as needed. Use of equipment and practice aids is included.
