After 27 years of dedicated service, we bid a fond farewell to our Head Greenkeeper Mr Ken Moore on Saturday 20th June 2026.
Throughout his time at Scrabo Golf Club, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the course into the exceptional layout we enjoy today. His commitment, expertise and pride in his work have ensured the course remained not only playable, but enjoyable in all conditions—whether facing the challenges of harsh winters or the demands of dry summer spells.
Working tirelessly, often behind the scenes and within limited resources, he has consistently delivered standards of the highest quality, helping to establish Scrabo Golf Club as a true hidden gem.
His contribution goes far beyond course maintenance – he has helped define the very character of our Club.
