Thank you for taking the time to consider Scrabo Golf Club as a venue of choice for your golfing society this year.
This information brochure will provide you with the wide range of options we can offer your society.
As a club, we are extremely flexible and will work with you to build a society package to suit your needs.
Please take some time to read over the different options we have and, if you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact our Society team and one of our coordinators will get back to you as soon as possible.

Build a bespoke package
Please find, outlined on the next few pages, the range of options we have, here at Scrabo Golf Club, that will enable each society to build a bespoke package to suit your individual needs.
Please feel free to mix and match a range of options in order to ensure that your society has the perfect golf outing with us at Scrabo Golf Club.
If you require anything that is not mentioned within this brochure, please do not hesitate to contact our team where they will be happy to help.
Society Options
When Can We Play ?
Society groups have the option to book tee times as follows:
Any time Monday to Friday From 1:30pm onwards on a Saturday
From 11.30am onwards on a Sunday

For larger societies, we may be able to facilitate a shotgun start on weekdays.
£2.50pp charge.
USE OF OUR FUNCTION ROOM OR RESTAURANT
Here at Scrabo Golf Club, we have the benefit of a large, informal bar area, a restaurant and a function room (with amazing views over Strangford Lough).
This means that, no matter the size of your society, we will do our very best to provide you with an area to relax in, before or after your golf, to suit your society group.
Please do enquire about the use of our facilities during the booking process. We will do all that we can to help make your visit perfect for your society.
How to book with us
OUR BOOKING PROCESS IS SIMPLE, YET PERSONAL.
Once you have made a decision on the bespoke package you would like to build, simply drop our Society team an e-mail to proshop@scrabogc.co.uk with all of your requirements, along with any other questions you may have, and we will be in touch with an overall cost for you to consider.
If you are happy with the proposed package and cost, simply reply back and we will ensure that it is all booked for you.IT’S AS EASY AS THAT!!!
THE FINE PRINT…
OUR BOOKING PROCESS IS SIMPLE, YET PERSONAL.
Non-refundable deposit.
As soon as we have confirmed your bespoke package with you, along with the overall cost, we will require a non-refundable deposit of either 10% of the overall cost or £50, whichever is higher.
The deposit amount must be paid within 14 calendar days of receiving the request for the deposit to secure the booking. If your society booking is within the 14 calendar days of the deposit request, the deposit must be paid within 2 calendar days.
The full balance of the booking must be settled no later than 3 working days before the date of play.
